About this objectBackstamp for hand labelling of ceramic ware. Turned wooden handle with a flat circular pad at one end. A rough cut piece of foam is glued to this pad and glued to that is a thin rubber stamp. The relief moulded text on the stamp reads " KELSTON POTTERIES, MARCIA, PAT. NO. 551, NEW ZEALAND" (with floral motif) and appears in reverse.
