About this objectBoxed set of four cups and saucers, with one cup missing. The box is made of corrugated cardboard and has four holes in the top to make contents visible. It is orange, brown and white with "Kelston IRONSTONE DINNERWARE" and "4 CUPS & SAUCERS Made in New Zealand" on the top. An inner box is made of card which is brown on one side and white on the other. There are three sheets of bubbled paper used to separate the four saucers. The cups have a short foot, straight sides and a triangular handle. They are glossy speckled brown with a wraparound decoration of spirals with leaf sprigs above, in orange. The saucers have straight flared sides and are colourglazed speckled brown all over.
