About this objectDisc shaped banding wheel consisting of a metal fitting with particle board on top, then rubber on top surface. The metal fitting locates into turned wooden part which is attached to brass cylinder with metal spindle. The spindle fits into metal tripod with screw holding it in place from the side. The three metal feet are cut thorugh horizontally.
