Fiesta was produced approximately between 1955 – 1965. There were different combinations, called Fiesta Ware or Fiesta Gaye. 

The coloured stripes were painted by hand using a “banding” technique. The hand decorator spun the items on a banding wheel while steadily holding a brush loaded with glaze, brushing the different colours into lines on the bowls, plates, cups and eggcups. It required a controlled hand and on a factory production line an accurate and fast technique.
